      Pros

      My managers were all extremely knowledgeable and cared about the well-being of their employees. The remote work was great and everyone was accountable for their projects. No issues.

      Cons

      Zenith bought Everest to shut it down. After seeing positive changes with rebranding, LMS, course upgrades, new programs and courses, and student retention - they shut down all online enrollments which resulted in most employees losing their job.

      Pros

      Helping students achieve their goals in life was very rewarding.

      Cons

      Regional management consistently lied regarding pay status. After several years I was under the minimum for my position when I was told I was at the top. Admissions are treated like gods and not required to follow compliance guides in order to meet enrollment goals.
