Pros

I loved the job I did and was relatively easy for a call center job

Cons

They do not care at all about employees or students. They bought out Everest after the "scandel" but did not rebrand or make any attempt to make it better. They promised no lay offs but after a year, they laid off all other call centers but one. They do not care about students and their main goal is to get as much money as they can.

company is still growing and it working out transitional kinks with growth, can be a bit disorganized at times

Pros

Helping students achieve their goals in life was very rewarding.

Cons

Regional management consistently lied regarding pay status. After several years I was under the minimum for my position when I was told I was at the top. Admissions are treated like gods and not required to follow compliance guides in order to meet enrollment goals.
