      Pros

      The company culture is excellent. Product is top of its field. Many long-term employees because of culture and a love of what they do. Liberal with time off and flexibility to meet employees' needs. Work-life balance is outstanding.

      Cons

      Long lead times to new products. Not the top pay, so there are other trade-offs.
