Pros
- Friendliest people - Lunch room, gym, lounge w/ coffee, free drinks - Good pay! - Learn a lot from coworkers if you try - Easy to get to, free parking - wide age range of people - super relaxed environment - work on amazing games - get yr own cubicle/office, no open offices so you can actually get work done - really accommodating to some groups - designated smoking pavilion, motorcycle parking, - great insurance and 401k matching - company is growing a lot and very stable
Cons
- cliques in upper management, which affects bonuses, esp if you aren't good at self promotion to the cliques - bro culture, no effort to retain minority employees so biggest turnover is women & non-white guys - no advancement opportunities, no promotions. If asked about, you get vague answers and no actions - no profit sharing, just bonuses which vary wildly - PTO is 10 days, ppl with chronic illnesses get dressed down by managers/producers. Don't know how parents do it. (Also, sick peoples always in office as result) - reviews are awful. No standards for them, or even a guarantee if you'll get one. - crunch is optional but exists
