      Pros

      Good people looking to make a good product even better. Small enough of a company everyone knows each other. Also allows many to work remotely.

      Cons

      Poor benefits. Lower than average compensation. Hard place to get promoted.

      Pros

      CEO and other executives get to know each employee and their career goals. Diverse and inclusive environment. Opportunities for upward mobility or career path changes with in the company. Great benefits and PTO. Fun and friendly atmosphere among employees.

      Industry highly impacted by COVID and the economy.
