Pros
The good people who are left (very few) have some form of care about those under and around them
Cons
The serious mismanagement from C-level suite operatives does not indicate a company that will recover from its current incredibly poor performance, bullying and fear mongering run rife in this company and those who stand up to such issues and managed out. Core staff members who show genuine care and passion surrounding the business and its operations are marginalised by those who only see this company as a platform for their own self importance. Those who are hired into business critical positions are rushed through the hiring process in the hopes that they will perform and are not only set up to fail, but should never be hired for a position of such magnitude and influence in a small company to begin with. Staff are underpaid and undervalued with incredibly high turnover as they are paid well under market value with the expectation they will perform to a level far above their pay grade. Work and effort is severely disrespected by those in charge, expectations of dropping home life in order to “always be on call” are rife, regardless of pay grade or position. I could not recommend this company less to those starting out in their careers or looking to take the next step.
