Rapid expansion of the company is allowing the employees to learn and contribute more.

Its very stressfull to employees as they take up more and more projects, probably to expand more, which is actually good, But the pay structure is little less compared to the work the employees do for the growth of the company.

I appreciate the supportive work environment and collaborative team culture. The company provides good learning opportunities and encourages skill development. Management is approachable and open to feedback.
