They’ll give you big titles like “Senior” or “Leader” and then set expectations so high that it’ll mentally break you. Your confidence will take a hit, and there’s zero motivation or support to help you rise. Politics here will mess up your head. Micromanagement is next-level. Nobody cares about real outcomes – just how well you’re able to flatter the senior folks. The more you sugarcoat and praise the leadership, the more you’re seen as a good employee. But the reality? You’re treated like bonded labour – minimum pay, no respect, no appreciation. But yes, daily questioning and pressure is constant.
