Pros

Nice people, interesting clients, mission sounds good

Cons

Frequent last-minute client requests due to poor product stability Internal tools are disorganized and unreliable, making our work harder Lack of clear ownership across teams, decisions bounce around Post-mortems are rare; same issues repeat High turnover and burnout across teams, especially client-facing roles Leadership talks about trust and sustainability but operates in panic mode

Pros

Great opportunities to lean in, grow and do meaningful work.

Cons

Startup to scaleup culture. There are structures, processes and data management that are worth improving on.

Pros

Aside from pay being decent, there are no others.

Cons

Lack of training. Lack of communication. Team members would leave during training and not communicate leaving other team members in the dark. Two team members can do the exact same work and one will be punished for it saying that it is not up to their standards while the other team members can do identical work and be praised. They do not like feedback or suggestions. If you give an honest opinion, you will be judged and probably will lose your job. HR is the absolute worst and cannot be trusted. Anything you say to them will go back to the team and you will be disciplined. Many employees will tell you they’ve been on PiPs and it is a way to build your character and help you succeed at your job. It is actually a way for HR to fire you, you cannot actually succeed. Nothing you do will be right, they can give you a goal, you meet it and then they tell you the goal had moved. It hard to work with people when you cannot trust them no matter how hard you work, they will say you aren’t. Management does not want to hear feedback, does not want to accept they have cliques and favoritism. Some managers are so bad that if you do not do something exactly how they would, the you are wrong. I wouldn’t suggest this software or this company.
