Some structure on their documentation side Very pro on key woke topics, they are ticking all the HR boxes outwardly facing Good remote working opportunities for support staff

Questionable recruiting Dont practice what they preach- dept onboarding extremely poor its all just documentation Left in a hole/ own devices to wonder how to progress for months.never ever felt so isolated as a joiner in a "team" Recognised efforts at company level whilst constantly shot down/ not allowed to progress or supported by actual team Ever changing probation goalposts despite going on seemingly forever with questionable team manager lacking management skills

Salary is very secretive and is frowned upon if talked about Not a lot of progression Senoir management is too focused on keeping revenue and customer gained secretive than investing in staff that keeps the company running day to day Too frequently adding last minute/urgent projects at the end of product releases with very tight deadlines which would end up affecting testing quality
