      Pros

      Solid claims review system that could use some upgrades and have a better flow.

      Cons

      They say they are transparent but in reality they only share what they want you to know and then blindside you with multiple changes/additional work. Major inconsistencies with QA and unrealistic expectations from upper management.

      The work environment can feel chaotic and fast-paced at times, with testing environments that are often unstable. Ownership of certain tasks or systems isn't always clearly defined, and documentation tends to lag behind, making it harder to stay aligned.
