Cons

Management, mainly HR. The pay, the overall scrutiny & treatment of employees. Inconsistent hours & disregard for employees. They also revoke your insurance if your clients cancel and do not make up your hours - then cost you your limited benefits.

Regarding loss of health benefits, since you are a current employee with these concerns, we encourage you to set up a meeting with a member of management to assess your employment status and receive further information on the criteria that affects you for benefit eligibility. Regarding pay, Zelexa routinely conducts market research to ensure our compensation is comparable to competitors. To enhance our competitiveness, we introduced our 2024 Technician Raise Program at the beginning of this year, providing an opportunity for all technicians to receive a $1 raise every four months. In addition to this, we offer several opportunities for raises including higher education, RBT certification, QBS certification, and merit increases. We are sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your employment thus far. Cons

HR is a family friend who got the job before the HR qualifications. The HR girls are cliquey and unapproachable. When clients attendance is an issue, HR does nothing about it and has issues with getting you a new client.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify that our head of HR holds all the necessary schooling and qualifications for the position. While many team members have been with the company for several years and naturally developed friendships, the primary criterion for all positions have always been the relevant qualifications. Client management, including addressing attendance issues, is handled by our case coordinating team, which is entirely separate from HR. Clients adhere to full policies based on both Zelexa and state requirements. However, employees would not be privy to any disciplinary actions taken against clients for policy violations, just as families are not privy to employee discipline. Regarding extended wait times for a new client, there are multiple steps to ensure each client is ready for services. Our case coordinating team works diligently with families and insurance providers to make this process as timely as possible. We apologize that your experience with us was not satisfactory.
