- fascinating problem space working with newest technology on solving century old problem - working with exceptionally talented people - fast growth environment with a lot of focus on personal growth and a lot of responsibility given - super open and transparent communication in regular update meetings, Slack and monthly Town Halls - treating each other as adults
Cons
- location in Tel Aviv and Berlin makes it hard to feel as one company at all times. Bi-yearly events for everybody really help to foster the connection across two locations
