Pros
Most of the design team and some of the salesman were nice and friendly.
Cons
Employees were often getting yelled at with no restraint on the boss' part, you will be bombarded with every curse word imaginable. You'd also be threatened to be fired on a weekly basis. Every project was given last minute, with the expectation of it getting done within the day. Projects that are barely in the prototype stage are rushed to the production stage in a matter of weeks. There is absolutely no sense of time it'd take for proper product development. There are absolutely no benefits, bosses will make empty promises to bonus and salary raises that never happen. You will be asked to come in on the weekends, with a slight hint of firing you if you don't. Designs that have been submitted will be subject to change over 6 times before getting finalized. You are not allowed to take days off in conjunction to days when the office is closed because of religious observations. (ie, you have Tuesday and Wednesday off due to a religious observation, you are NOT ALLOWED to take Monday and Thursday off to give yourself a 6 day vacation) Lastly, female employees are not respected here.
