      * Small company with family like feel. *CEO has an open door policy and honestly keeps it open. * Management is great. * nice to walk through the office and know everyone. * Company is growing in all the right ways. * won't get lost in the mix

      Cons

      * small company, so limited room for growth. * You do end up getting to know everyone , that may not be ideal for all. * Drive- off 270 - and it is always a nightmare getting anywhere for lunch.

      Pros

      Coworkers make you feel like part of a family, not just a team. The rewards are amazing. So far, the best CEO to work for. When he says 'open door policy' he means it. You get to help so many people across the country. This company is still growing with opportunities in a number of positions.

      Cons

      If you're a lazy person , or a person that is happy being stuck where they are. This is not the company for you.
