- Work demands can fluctuate with big/complex releases, but generally balanced - Employees need to drive their own growth (no formal 360 degrees feedback process tied to growth or mentoring framework; optional support structure is there. As it is not a formal process, it would generally be competing with other higher priorities) - Don't recall hearing about many promotions in the office (although most people on the team haven't been there longer than a couple of years)
