Cons

Management works hard at finding your faults to keep performance appraisal low... IE: your 1 min late… I need you logged in at your start time…why were you away from your desk so long … I told you too do it this way, what happen. Why you were in the bath room so long… xxx said you said this, is that true. I could go on and on... Don’t keep a lot of personal items on your desk … If you don’t want suck up to your supervisor / manager, don’t apply

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
