Pros
Great Execs (CxO) Good benefits Solidly respected products I’m proud to work there
Cons
No work/life balance (I think this depends on what org you’re in - for me there is NONE) Employee development is “self serve”. They’ve deployed a lot of self-help training but give no time to use it, nor any guidance on how to develop your career. Internal mobility = “you’re on your own”. My title about “Pretend Time Off” refers to how managers jokingly refer to your vacation time. You are expected to work during vacation to “keep up”. Look closely at their top line growth rate and project how the need to maintain profit growth will impact the future.
