Pros
Zebra has many scrappy leaders and developers with a tremendous amount of know-how, and they have survived numerous successive layoffs... they are the survivors.
Cons
Too much debt overhang post Motorola acquisition led to hiring freeze which stifled growth of development teams essential to product quality, improvement and growth through innovation.
