Pros
After a pretty difficult period (internally) while absorbing old Motorola business, it has now become much more streamlined. Some interesting projects. Culture is good - respectful, open, not that much politics
Cons
Its seems to have got into the habit of paddling like crazy, and trying to overcome big issues by lots of little activities, while not addressing the underlying problem.
