HR and management do not treat employees well. There is an abundance of mistreatment from low to mid management. (Upper management is too busy swinging their golf clubs to care what is transpiring.) One minor disciplinary infraction and you may not receive a merit increase and bonus. (If you contact an employment attorney, you will find it is almost impossible to pursue legal action against Zebra.) Federal and Illinois state law forms a wall of protection so they may mistreat and abuse employees at will with any legal ramifications. I regret accepted their offer for employment and cannot recommend them to ANYONE. If an offer for employment is given; just say NO.
