Pros

Working your own hours is great, and working from home is possible, but you may find yourself working at all times of the day and night and weekend.

Cons

Zebra seem to be shooting themselves in the foot by not making efforts to retain essential/key staff. Company waste hundreds of thousands of dollars in some areas but ignores talent.

Pros

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
