      Great new UK office environment, the managers are all about working together as One Zebra, encouraging employees to create our culture and work collaboratively. The values truly reflect the direction the Company is going, supported by leadership behaviours. I am excited to part of Zebra's journey!

      Cons

      A lot of projects, that trying to spin lots of plates at the same time which comes from desire to succeed then overload their employees.

      Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
