      Good teams and great communication that I have seen in my location. Lots of people working here for 10 years+

      Cons

      In my department, over time is expected pretty frequently and the team is small enough that it's very difficult for them to be flexible for my needs.

      Excellent individual contributors, inter office collaboration

      Cons

      Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
