- too much politics between departments, you cant really just focus on work without be part of the dept vs dept, manager vs manager conflicts. - there is really lack of trust between departments ( even within same office ). you can feel the flame between the dept head - like they will even read in between lines from your emails, highlight the words that you typed and start questioning you. This is the wrong way of using the energy to find fault between your co-colleagues. - when one department conducted training, they do not welcome another person from the same line to attend the training just because the 2 managers do not get well with each other - but we are in the same company! this will only scarify the junior ppl from the both departments.
