Pros

- colleagues are very helpful - the EPF contribution by employer is considerably high - the shift allowance and attendance allowance are attractive

Cons

- the management is toxic and they don't have a good relationship among themselves making it difficult to communicate - there is no possibility of growing your expertise here

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
