Pros

Some good benefits like days off. You get a pay check.

Cons

They claim to care about employees first, until 1 cent is at stake and then they will huff and puff at you. Managers are drinking some kind of juice making them act like inhuman robots. Illogical moves are made throughout the year to “change things up” probably by a group a men in some room who have no idea what teams are doing or tackling. Once you have a title and salary, GOOD LUCK ever getting more above the small increases. You’re most likely locked in forever and will need to leave for more money.

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
