Work-life balance, great team, learning opportunity

Cons

Promotions are tied to the budget planning cycle, hence can only happen once per year, and more often than not — be pushed back to another year due to cost savings. Ludicrous requirements for returning to the office, which follow KPI more than the actual value of people coming to the office.
