Pros
Good benefit package and company contribution to HSA for a family. ESPP not worth contributing to. Internal company practices and extremely high turnover continue to hurt its brand.
Cons
Horrible work environment before acquisition and after. Lots of preferential treatment and attention given to certain people with MGMT blatantly advising employees that they personally hold the key to any advancement opportunities possible. Leadership is well under educated and has no value in diversity.
