Pros

Collaborative and supportive team environment where everyone’s input is valued - like everyone i work with - Strong company culture that fosters inclusivity, respect, and a sense of belonging - Clear opportunities for professional growth, with leadership that actively supports development - Inspiring and encouraging leadership that leads with transparency and trust - Access to amazing, high-profile clients that make the work exciting and impactful - Excellent mentoring from experienced colleagues who are genuinely invested in your success - A workplace where learning is continuous and curiosity is welcomed - Great PTO and Benefits

Cons

- The fast-paced environment may feel intense at times, especially for those new to the food & beverage / retail design and architecture - or even just adjusting to a high-performance culture. You need to have to strength of multi-tasking - The team is very goal-driven, so there’s a strong focus on performance and accountability - High standards for work quality mean there’s not much room to cut corners—but it definitely helps you level up - If you're not a team-oriented person, the culture might not be the right fit - it’s very collaborative, and success really comes from working well with others

Pros

-Excellent clients and strong backlog of work -Does internal events to keep employees engaged -Good benefits; pay is on par with the industry -Work from home Friday -Nice coworkers

Cons

-Hiring process is high pressure to on- board quickly -Not a healthy work-life balance. There are many times employees are forced to work late to hit deadlines -Lack of communication and transparency on expectations -Overloads employees with work and acts like it's a normal workload from any other company when it's really management failing to keep employees retained and hire new employees -Quick to remove employees in lieu of training/constructive corrections -If they like you, they are nice to you. If they don't like you, they are mean -There is zero time to eat lunch. No one eats in the kitchen area, everyone eats at their desks because your day is packed with meeting from 8am-4pm.
