I love working at Zebit! We have such an eclectic team and it's a fun place to work. Zebit is really trying to instill good in the market so it's great working for a company that is trying to make a difference, and you know your job really makes an impact to the success of the company. There is always something going on which allows for greater variety during your day-to-day.
Cons
It may be a bit of a culture shock going from a corporate, structured environment to a start up if you have not worked in this type of environment before - we are always moving quickly. As a relatively flat organization, we are able to make strategic decisions quickly and therefore our employees need to be able to change gears quickly as well.
