Pros
I get to work at a company that is doing something good for people. To be around like-minded people with that passion makes coming to work each day so easy. I keep hearing "it sounds too good to be true", but it really is. They provide good benefits, flexible hours, and you get access to Zebit's benefit as an employee almost immediately.
Cons
It's a start-up, so some people won't like the constant change. I like it, but if you are looking for a job that is the same thing each day (some people like that) this isn't the place for you. We move quickly so that pace might also spook some people. But it also means you are a part of something new and exciting, so it's totally worth it to me.
