Zebi is growing quickly. The team is small enough that the CEO knows all of our names. The great thing about a company that grows quickly and stays small is that you get to step in and try things you might not have in a bigger company. You learn new skills and get to share knowledge with other teams who may not be in your exact field. On any given day you could be asked to be a part of their commercials, or contribute to blog posts, or test software, or even talk to clients. Think of all the great skills you gain by stepping outside of your comfort zone.
