      There is almost no politics among the work force and wlb is very good

      Hike is very less and there is contract or bond everytime no matter how long you have worked in the organization

      Pros

      I have started working with this company when i was intern and still working after 10 years and even after relocating to United States. Working with this company since long and also seen its growth. - Very friendly atmosphere and no politics at all. Full positive environment. - Flexible timings to manage all at a time. - Great seniors to learn from and supportive team to work with. - Very hard working team and CEO Working with this company even after migrating to US itself says company is best to work with.

      If you see negative things in company then obviously people will find cons. Nothing bad for the company. Learns lots of things in career and life too.
