1. No salary on time,You get your monthly salary in the next month in the period of 15th to 25th. 2. They will not provide laptop, they will just give you 600 USD, after 3 months of probation. 3. You will only get paid for the tasks that they assign you, on an hourly minimum wages, if you have no tasks you wont get paid. 4. No holidays or PTO. 5. If the cant find any clients they will fire you staright away without any reason. 6. Senior Management lies to the Clients , they try to get projects for which they have no expertise or resources. 7. You will work alone without any supervision or collaboration, no learning or growth.
