      Pros

      This is a great role! It's very people driven and culture is amazing. They have an amazing benefits and vacation package and the people here truly invest in you and are very supportive of your growth. You feel like you are working as a family. I'm very happy to be here.

      Cons

      - Base salary is a bit on the lower end for CSR. It's not a liveable wage - Hours of operation, your expected to work weekends until you have been here long enough to request a shift change.

      Pros

      I love working at ZayZoon. ZZ trusts you to be independent in your strategy however, have all the support you need to be successful. There is a can do moral internally. The leaders that support me care about my success and are not micro managers which allow me to creatively think. ZZ is one of the best companies I have ever worked for and I am extremely happy.

      Cons

      As the company grows, we will be adding a 401k match. For now, there is not a 401k match.

      Pros

      ZayZoon is a great place to do meaningful work with a fantastic team. Most of the team works remotely, but there is an office in Calgary (but in my experience, there is no pressure to work from the office). The benefits are great and the work is challenging but meaningful.
