I am associated with Zaristo for last more than 2 years. Its a great company and people to work with. Although team size is small right now but work atmosphere is very good and those people who are innovative and have creative mind, there is lot that you can do in this company and your ideas and efforts will always be appreciated. The management is pure technical and has a combined experience of many many years in the IT industry and rolling out successful products in the market in the past. Company has all the plans of growing, bringing in new products and scaling those. Company focuses on innovation and smart business practices but at the same time committed to retaining a small-company culture.

Definitely its not the right place for the people who want to work in a hierarchical atmosphere. Its non- hierarchical and non-political company

1. Distance - If only office could be nearer. 2. Startup - not everyone's cup of tea - needs more structuring.
