There are more hidden policies which you might not be aware of while joining 11. 3 years mandatory bond for freshers and less than 3 years for experienced. If left prior to that you'll have to pay 3 month of salary to them. 12. Blacklisted by some reputed organizations. 13. Not good for long term career goal. 14. Not flexible shift timing
