Occasional lunch events… and that’s about it.

Cons

Childish and unprofessional management, especially in the Sales Office. Toxic workplace culture — colleagues constantly trying to please management rather than work as a team. Management doesn’t listen to feedback. Virtually no proper training or development opportunities. “Fire and hire” culture — if you have one bad week, expect to be replaced. High turnover — people leave as soon as they realize how badly the company treats its staff. Tendency to hire inexperienced young employees, then fire them within weeks for not hitting unrealistic targets. The CEO lacks professionalism and empathy; his behaviour towards staff, both in and outside of work, is often disrespectful. HR exists solely to serve management’s interests — not the employees’. This company thrives on fear, poor leadership, and a lack of respect for its employees. If you value your mental health and career growth, steer clear.
