      Pros

      Good salary, london location was good, some good customers but could do with more. Plenty of cash to hire many heads but possibly not the right at a low level

      Cons

      Poor leadership and poor tech. SA tech leadership questionable. Understanding of how to scale a tech start up is low as management don't have the experience to be cutting edge. Current office location a joke

      Pros

      Zapper, as a company, has been around for years, but is just now establishing itself in the USA. The team here is energetic and excited to be bringing this company to the US. The work is very collaborative, and everybody's voice matters. Feedback from superiors is always constructive. Trying out ideas and testing theories is always encouraged. Work/family life balance has been great. Supervisors are very understanding when family members are sick and you need to work from home.

      Cons

      If you require the structure and rules of a well established corporation, this might not be the place for you.
