      All individual contributors were highly technical and easy-going people, you could approach anyone and get help, extremely enthusiastic scientists, wonderful people.

      Cons

      Totally mismanaged company trying to do everything and never focusing on a single most important goal, complete lack of prioritization. Lack of transparency and integrity from the management about company health and goals. No vision.
