Pros
1- Good for fresh graduates to learn new things and socialize with clients but not recommended to work more than 1 year if there is no improvement and no increment or as soon as got new job offer better to jump to new company .
Cons
1-Salary is quite low for new comers . 2-Company practices favouratism-if close with boss, few months already can get promoted .Favourite person will keep on survive in the company eventhough they bring negative vibes to other workers and causing others to resign. 3-No fixed bonus. Bonus is for specific people only. 4-Less monitoring on attendance 5-Management loves to sugar-coat staff and then ghost them 6-not practice work-life balance, very hard to get leave depends on boss if close with boss easy to get leave. Not practice work-from home and flexibility eventhough IT company 7- Not practising islamic culture eventhough company is all Malay. Some eating and not fasting during ramadhan, smoking ,sexual harassement etc. 8- Pretty much to no increment or increment provided to specific person only. 9-Too much political between company ,client and staff. Typical malay company which sometimes this causing unnecessary money spent towards some party such as handle training for client in luxury hotels etc. 10- No medical insurance for staff ,just medical claim. 11- HR lack of knowledge.Probably needed to attend training etc. 12- Typical malay company where caruman KWSP always got postponed and overdue.
