Zero employee welfare. The CEO has zero regard for his employees. The pay is terrible. The previous HR was terrible. No pension, HMO, bonus. The work environment is not conducive at all. No fan, No AC, no drinking water, no good lighting, outdated laptops that should be thrown away. The list cannot be exhausted. Lastly they lie a lot. Don’t believe anything the CEO says. All words, no action.
