We know redundancies can be a difficult process for everyone involved. While the cultural fit was a factor, the selection for redundancy also considered other things, such as performance and having the right skills for our future growth. Companies use values to ensure everyone is aligned with the same vision and goal. While you've expressed concern about it being used negatively, company values are used to cultivate a company culture that fosters teamwork and achieves overall success. We aim to embrace our values (People, Passion, Purpose) by putting people first, delivering impactful projects whilst bringing passion to our work.
