4yZaizi hasn’t hired any WebOps engineers for about 4 years and we have all been working remotely for over 20 months, so I’m not sure when this event happened - perhaps it’s the wrong organisation?
If it was Zaizi, I am sorry for your experience. Employee wellbeing has always been key for us. We follow the correct procedures with regards to logging incidents and following up on requests for equipment and adapting our ways of working.
