They paid fairly well, no other reason to go there, even a two year contract is month by month as they will cut you anytime.
Cons
No Corporate direction, no leadership, bedou style. Politics plays a hugh role in who keeps their job. there are too many personal vendettas and work is stopped due to too many different agendas.
