Pros
- Green-fields projects to work on. - Company Social events. - Some employees were open-minded and humble, but very few.
Cons
- Adverse to change, middle management can be very territorial and close-minded mentality. - Lack of integrity from management, talk the talk, not necessarily follow up with any constructive action. - Lack of professionalism amongst certain colleagues, a difference of opinion can quickly escalate to verbal abuse and other bullying tactics. - Unsupportive culture, passive aggression is not uncommon.
