      Training program not developed yet. OJT is great but some direction would be appreciated.

      Great boss — very easygoing and approachable! They weren’t bossy and made the workplace feel relaxed and supportive.

      Cons

      downside was that management sometimes put a lot of pressure on the team, which could be stressful
