I have seen alot of foreigners in the company with minimum Singaporeans to meet the quota set by MOM. Even if a Singaporean gets into the company they tie them down for 3 years, so you should know what happens when you break the bond. HR isn't really friendly to flexible work policy , it's their way or the high way. They don't really celebrate success a lot too. Senior leaders do not walk the talk but set another rule for themselves. 3rd world working conditions. There's no one talking just ordering people to do work.
