A place of "know-it-alls" with nobody willing to learn and collaborate. No new employee sticks around in this company, (check attrition rate), the ones who have remained are the reason this company is not worth joining. The senior leadership is clueless about how to run a business or respect employee contribution. There are constant changes at the senior management level and therefore you are asked to report to different people with different KPIs.
